Focus Select is the Search and Selection division of Focus Management Consultants. We specialise in senior appointments at operating Board and Senior Executive levels.

Our consultants serve clients as trusted advisors. The ability to source high calibre executives for top-level assignments is evidence of Focus Select's experience in the industry, with its unparalleled network of contacts across the sector. We draw on our Group's heritage, working with clients who have had relationships with us  for over 20 years. The offer is bespoke but pragmatic, relying on networking as much as search.

With our track record and history we are well versed in knowing the key players in the UK and International Food and Drink sectors, and are constantly involved in the active and passive candidate market.

Working with Retailers, Manufacturers and Foodservice customers, our knowledge and expertise draws on a wealth of sector experience.  We also have a track record of undertaking international search and selection assignments - working in partnership with our Search partners in continental Europe and beyond.

Whilst being focused on search and selection, we also draw on our extensive Database of senior active candidates to supplement and support the Search work.  Frequently this can produce a rapid level of service and delivery for clients keen to make the right senior appointment.

Operating from all our offices, the Focus Select team are close to candidates and clients alike, and able to meet senior candidates rapidly as and when required.
